Back home now! One last photo of that amazing breakfast.

Last day today. Spent it in Weston. We found a car park that was £5.50 for 24 hours! Seems a strange thing to note but the amount we've spent on parking this week is astronomical! I'm not telling anyone the location of this parking gem otherwise we might not get to get a space ever again! 

On the way home now (kind of). Two nights in Weston-S-Mare before we head  home. Two main stops today - Taunton since we've never seen it in the light and Street and Clarks Shopping Village. But first on the way a stop at all the cider farms we could find, here's one:

We had a lie in this morning (well we got up for breakfast then went back to bed). We decided to head off to Lyme Regis this morning to complete our tour of Beaches of the South West! It was absolutely fabulous. (Please note that if you intend to go to Lyme Regis do not park in town - £6 for 2 hrs, park at the harbour - much nicer and £1 per hour!)

Leaving Cornwall today for Somerset we stopped at two English Heritage Castles (free with Cadw membership). Launceston:

We went to the Eden Project this time last year and since they're annual tickets we thought we'd go back. It was good though the best bit was definitely the Baobab! We have bought some back with us this time. (50p from the Biome £1 from the shop - thankfully we got them for 50p).

Busy day today. We started at Plymouth (unfortunately it was too cold for the Lido). But we did see where the Mayflower set sail from.

We got up "early" to make sure we could have lots of breakfast before heading to Noss Mayo. We parked in a tidal car park which meant Paul spent most of the day worrying whether his car would be swept out to sea. We walked across the vosses and down the beach and ended up at the Ship Inn http://www.nossmayo.com/index.html
