Honeymoon Day 2
11:48Today was manic! We didn't want to risk missing anything because of Christmas so we booked to do everything today. First we went to the elephant sanctuary and saw some bathing and being fed (we did feed one bananas but unfortunately we don't have any photos :()
Then Sigirya on Caroline's recommendation it was brilliant but blimey it was hard work in the heat! (Over 30 degrees). It's amazing - there was a castle on the top of this mountain.
So we drove for about ten hours and o slept for about seven of them. Which is great but I missed all the drama of being stopped still in traffic for an hour and half. We arrived back just in time for the Christmas Eve gala and I have never seen so much food!
